Hiring is done thru job fairs/shops and by online applications. First there is a short phone interview. Just to get to know you and and all the small basic stuff. Next is a job interview with a short chat to get to know you more like who you are, what have you done and so on. It takes max 30 mins. Then the skill test come which can take up to 3 hours. Here you will be tested on different electronic design knowledge and skills. Like how would you design a products hardware, what is this for curcuit and calculations and so on.
