Submitted a resume online directly through their website and within 1.5 weeks received a phone call from an HR representative from the company. Briefly discussed my resume and was asked to have a phone interview setup. Phone interview came about a week later with questions pertaining to job experience and school experiences. Fairly basic questions nothing too specific, but had to be creative to answer some. Was then asked to fill out an application and generic personality test. After that point did not hear from the company for another two weeks and was later informed by email someone else had been hired.

The interview process was straight forward. First a phone interview followed by a more formal sit-down. Part of the formal interview is a brief presentation to a small group ranging from HR to managers. The process was not overwhelming and the HR team was very helpful throughout the process. This was then followed up with a 1:1 interview, which was pretty typical.
