Fairly normal. There was an initial phone interview to gain information about the position before they move you on to a 45 min interview with the regional hiring team. They asked your standard questions for an interview and were great people. Everything was timely and coordinated. However the job position was marketed slightly differently from the work they would actually have you conducting. For someone with a college degree I am not sure that this position is worth the pay.

Straight forward and easy going. They market their environmental specialist program well and are keen on hiring young professionals to advance internally. I have completed a phone screen interview and second virtual interview and am waiting to hear back. So far the entire process has been about 4 weeks.
