Applied online and shortly after received an email to set up a phone interview. I interviewed with a recruiter on the phone and he gave a rundown of the job and asked if I had any questions for him. He also asked what my understanding of the position is and then clarified. He asked very basic questions such as what is my educational and professional background, why I want the job, etc. Some questions were more personal and free-response like what was your favorite class, etc. I interview lasted approximately 20 minutes and he then informed me that he would email me of the next steps after the interview.
