Had a first stage interview with some of the team. Ran through sourcing, tech knowledge, data points, and my experience. Flowed well, and seemed like a nice bunch. It was one of the Team Leaders and then one of the Talent Acquisition Managers.

The interview process was straight forward and transparent, when initially interviewed highlighted that an opportunity that matched what I was looking for would not be available until a few weeks later potentially, I appreciated the honesty and was not in a rush to move anyways. Johnny came back to me when an opportunity was there for me to take advantage of and had a follow up and then met Simon( co-founder) and the rest is history.
