The entire interview process from beginning to end was unsatisfactory. Recruiter did not honor the appointment time by not calling even after 6 min into the time slot given. After I took the initiative of calling her on both office and cell phone, she then returned my call as if she was doing a favor to me. Also, the hiring manager was very vague in his questions during the interview. He did not ask anything specific about the skillset required for the position. He seemed to be unclear about their job requirements versus what was already presented in my resume. His questions clearly reflected that because he was more interested in what my present company does and the project status rather than how my qualifications would benefit the advertised position. I would conclude it as a sheer waste of time. Further I would not recommend anyone to interview with this company unless they are not experienced in the interview process before. Avoid it if you can just like Trojan virus.
