The first interview with HR was very standard, and the person was very friendly. You must have a good level of English (at least C1). The second interview with the department head was a bit more technical, but always focused on your past experience and knowledge. A week later, I received an email thanking me for my participation, but saying they were looking for someone better suited to the position. This is perfectly normal, and I appreciate the fact that at least there's feedback from the company (something that doesn't usually happen).
