Very easy and short, I went in and they asked like 3 questions mostly about availability and how long I was planning on working there for. I received a message from the manager and planned a time to go into the store and do a trial shift.

Typical interview questions, hired on the spot. Started the next day and had a great (and stressful) experience. Would do it again. Got free smoothies everyday, had fun with coworkers. Customers can get ansty sometimes but you have to keep pushing

Lasted about fifteen minutes and the conversation was flowing naturally. Very laidback and interviewer was nice and interested in actually getting to know you. Also very sweet and understanding of your schedule.
