For my situation I was referred to the manager by another employee. I filled out an application and took an assessment online. I interviewed with the manager a couple days later. The interview was very laid back. The manager was a down to earth guy. He asked a few questions about my past work experience. He then asked me to sell him a writing pen that he had on his desk. After we were finished he went over things that the job would include. It wasn't a typical interview.
