Took a long time to hear from the company my application was submitted. The process started with a phone interview with the recruiter. Then a couple weeks before I heard anything more, again making me feel it was not moving forward. Was contacted and scheduled to meet in-person with 5 people in a couple separate interviews. Later that week, received a request to come in for another in-person interview. Was a bit surprised to have to go in for another interview, would have expected it to be done in one round; it's not always easy to take time off with your current employer.
