I found the position through my college career center's website and applied. The first step was a phone screen that wasn't terribly complicated. They told me I'd hear back in 3-4 weeks; they actually got back with follow up 4 days later.
I was going to be abroad for a mandatory field trip for a class during the time the final round interview in New York was scheduled. The HR manager was extremely inflexible with accommodating. While I understand that the date for the panel interview could not be moved, she said she would pass my information to other True Action offices. However, she never responded with follow up or even responded to my emails after that point.

After a brief phone screen (10 minutes into the call, the recruiter said I would be moving to the final round), True Action booked a train for me to attend an on-site interview day in early March. The event went from Friday to Saturday. On Friday, we attended an evening meet-and-greet with True Action employees and other Marketing Associate candidates. On Saturday, we had four one-on-one interviews with different members of the True Action team as well as two hour-long group projects with 30 minute presentations. Twenty-four hours after the interview, we were required to send an email indicating our interest in True Action, why we would be a good fit, and which office we would like to be in. At this stage, I withdrew my name from additional consideration.

I applied through my career services website and had a half hour phone screening interview. I was informed about a week or two weeks later that I was invited to their final round interviews in NYC. Like others have said, it was a two day interview super day from Friday into Saturday. Friday was a hour long cocktail hour followed by dinner. The ratio at the table for candidate to employee was 1:1, which was cool. I would estimate there were about thirty candidates there. The next day there were four one on one interviews, two strategy proposals, and a couple presentations. I absolutely loved the culture and hearing about the opportunity. Yes it was a long day, but everyone I spoke with was very engaging and was willing to answer any questions I had. I left the experience feeling very eager to join the team.
