1st - Phone Screening, 2nd - Onsite interview with some generic interview questions. I was able to sit in with a few others and see what the job entails. Unfortunately after sending two follow up emails, I was ignored. Not even a rejection email. This is the second time True Balance just ignores candidates after interviews.
