I received an email from True Classic saying they wanted to move me forward in the interview process. Shortly after, someone from their talent acquisition team, reached out to coordinate scheduling. I provided my availability and an interview was booked.
Then, the day before the interview, I received another email stating that “after aligning internally with the team, we’ve decided not to move forward at this time,” and the interview was canceled.
Many reviews on Glassdoor mention impulsive decision-making and internal misalignment. Unfortunately, my experience was consistent with those concerns.
