Applied via Craigslist, heard back within a week or so. First interview was a phone interview with HR. After that, you are contacted within a few days to schedule an in person interview with 2-3 of the managers. If they still want to move along in the process, you come back in about a week to meet with some other managers and also members of the team that you will be working with. Questions were very easy. Basic job description questions, going over the resume and having you talk about your work experience. Company is very laid back, casual dress.
