The interview process was part of a job fair. - Spoke to multiple managers (Kitchen Manage, Bar Manager, Floor Manager, and then Restaurant Manager) - The managers expect a lively individual to fit there casual and healthy food experience. - Have eye contact, have a personality ( you don't need to be an extrovert but you do need to have some candor and charisma)
