The interview process starts with someone from headquarters calling you for a phone interview. Then once you past that, they will have to speak with the regional manager over FaceTime asking the same questions and compensation. Then it will take another week to get things together to come to the restaurant and talk about the goals of the restaurant and your personal goals included with the cooperation chef. We find some common ground and talk about pay again. Then after the initial visit, the following day they will call and email you with an acceptance letter.
