I interviewed with 4 members of the leadership team. I found that each brought a slightly different perspective and approach to the interview, but everyone with whom I met was incredibly informative, pleasant, supportive, and generally excited about the company's prospects for the future and strategic direction.
The culture was what I would refer to as professionally casual, which was also refreshing. At no point were any of my interviews question/answer, in fact, quite the opposite. Conversation was around competencies and the skills and experience I'd developed in prior roles and how that could be applied to a new role with TrueCar.
