There are three stages in the interview process: Manager + Department Head Interview: The interview primarily revolved around the details in my resume. I was asked to introduce myself and talk about my experience. We also discussed how many hours I worked while attending school. Director Interview: If you're shortlisted, the Director will join the interview. During this stage, they will ask for your opinions on the company and its direction. HR Interview: Finally, you'll have an interview with HR. Since this is my first company, they’ve shown strong confidence in my abilities. Because of this, they didn’t discuss salary upfront. They requested that I wait until all interviews are completed, and then they will present the highest possible salary offer.
