I applied online and received a call for an interview within two weeks from the HR department. The first interview was a one-on-one with a director. I got a callback for a second interview within a few days, which was with three members of the creative team including the creative director that oversaw the role. Both interviews were less than an hour and had pretty standard interview questions about my experience in the industry. I received an offer about a day after the second interview.
