Recruitment agency called me for this position in truebil . My interview was scheduled at 10.30am but after waiting for almost half day at 1pm hr came and took my first round of interview after that i got selected for second round she said u have to wait till 2pm because it is lunch time i was ok with that. But again at 2pm no one came to interview me they kept me waiting till 5pm then this manager came by saying we are in shortage of conference room you have to wait more 10min then at 5.30pm he took my interview. Where he was not sure for this profile they need financial criteria or not and they called me after 2days again for an interview by saying u have almost been selected just last formality round of interview to discuss salary you have to come i was still om with it . I went there but as earlier they kept me waiting by saying dont have conference room for interview you have to wait . Again after waiting for almost 3 hours he called again took 1st level of interview and said our higher authorities are not available you'll have to come again I mean i dont understand it was not only me who was waiting there were almost 10people if you are scheduling so many interviews atleast give proper time where candidate can come and dont need to wait for so long we are coming for an interview that doesn't mean we are someone lesser than you . I dont know about working environment but interview process is very lengthy after waiting for so long they will call you again n again as of you are free and can come anytime they asked for
