First you do a HireVue interview with questions such as why do you want to work for the company and what is something you would like to improve on. I had a second interview with an associate in the program. Questions were all behavioral. Did not get a third interview.

Describe a time where you did something unethical/encountered something unethical. Describe a time where you’ve held a leadership position, Tell me about a time where you’ve worked in a team with conflicting view points.
It was fair and straight to the point. Just answer the questions without beating around the bush. They will ask all of the average interview questions, you can look them up on TikTok.
