I had two interviews after having externalized my interest in the position of branch manager opened in Naples. I was offered positions in the sales force –way below my personal and professional aspirations- The interviewees were not clear in their offerings and did not take into account my educational and professional background that surpasses the offered made by a lower ranks district manager and the fact that I was even mentioned in the beginning of the hiring process, that I qualified for a tanning payable position that would last for six month.
