Went through several rounds, two of which were designed like friendly chats. Everything was going ok. The final round was the coding and after that they didn't provide any feedback on why they were not moving forward. The whole communication was slow and delayed. They are probably understaffed in recruiting. It looked like they were looking for mid senior developers, not senior engineers.
