After applying a recruiter reached out to me a week later and set up a screening call. I spoke with the recruiter, then had a separate call with the hiring manager. I was then given a writing assessment, and finally a virtual interview with more members of the team. I really enjoyed meeting everyone and felt like the company was very positive! After thanking them for their time and reaching out twice I received an email saying they were going with other candidates.
