Quick interview process Applied online on 12/19/24. Reached out by HR on 1/14/25 for a 30 minute audio-only Teams call. Interviewed on 1/16 and received an automatic rejection email on 1/21. The recruiter was pleasant and got right to the point in the call. She immediately asked about my interest in the company and the position. This was out of the norm for me since usually the first few minutes of a phone screen call with HR is usually spent on talking about the company and opportunity. They quickly want to weed out applicants based on interest and enthusiasm for the job.
