Most akward interview in my professional carreer. First they were late and made me wait 30 minutes for some HR person who never showed up, then we started, questions were mostly regarding about my background and philosophical questions which made no sense and I do not remember since I have made my mind this was not for me. At the end they said HR would call for the 2nd interview that was necessary - never got a phone call but I also never reached them since all process was disrespectful.

I received a message from LinkedIn, sent by Tiago Barata where he asked me if he could call me to describe a new opportunity and if I was interested in hear it. First, I had an interview with him by phone and after we scheduled a meeting in Truphone office with António Macedo. During this process, I was always receiving feedback by call or by e-mail what was the status of my recruitment process.
