There was 2 interviews in the process, one with HR and one with the technical team for the project, everything went ok, all questions where answered, there was coding exercise to do and got the feedback in the same day, very professional and quick process.

The interview process was somewhat long. It consisted of four phases. The first phase was with the recruiter and focused on past experience and general knowledge with one of the parts of the interview in English to access proficiency. The second with line manager and was around technical background and expectations. The third phase was a technical challenge followed by a discussion of the work developed. The final phase was with HR and management and was on expectations. Before the final phase I had to fill a personality assessment form.
