At the very beginning of the interview process, two different interview date options were shared. Although I confirmed my preference on the same day, there was no response for approximately six days. I only received a reply one day after following up, and the interview process was scheduled just one day before the actual interview. This lack of communication and last-minute scheduling created the impression that the candidate’s time was not sufficiently respected.
The process originally included four back-to-back interviews. However, after completing the interviews with HR and the CEO, the remaining two interviews, which would normally be expected to take place, were cancelled without any explanation. Following this, I was informed that I would not be moving forward through a generic rejection email, with no feedback provided.
Additionally, during the interview, the CEO repeatedly interrupted me before I could finish my answers. The tone of the conversation felt condescending and top-down, making it difficult to engage in a balanced and respectful dialogue.
This experience was very different from the professional and collaborative interview processes I have encountered elsewhere and left me with a negative impression of the company culture.
