Online application only, then contacted to attend an assessment centre in the Midlands. Lots of applicants but the recruitment day covered the whole of the UK. There was even a group that had travelled across from Northern Ireland. Group tasks and then a presentation explaining why you would chose a particular car from the ford range to a panel of interviewers. This was finalised by a one to one interview with someone local to the dealership who was representing the site.
