The salary isn't much for the responsibility. The questions asked were pretty easy. The ladies were very nice, but seemed very rushed. There was an interview every 30 minutes it seemed. She asked what I would like my salary to be and when I told her she said to be honest, that is a little high for starting out here. I was a little bummed about that because having almost 9 years in banking I feel like I deserve a little more money than what I am currently making.
2 interviews, one with HR and then with an Officer. Very casual conversation on the 2nd round. Received offer two hours after - Felt rushed, but I guess when you know you know!

The first interview was done over Zoom with a third-party service. They asked questions about customer service experience and experience being a manager/team leader. It was a very relaxed interview process.

Very comfortable over Zoom. Listed benefits and travel requirements, which are average for the area and for this type of job. You will need to pass credit check to move on. There is a requirement to obtain a notary public license after you are hired.
