There is Two part of the interview. First talks with the research analyst, most questions are regular questions. Part two is to complete an assignment. The operation is not very difficult, mainly looking for some government financial data and burden of taxpayers' analysis. It requires some visualization skills, simple data analysis ability, and the ability to read financial statements. It is better to have knowledge in accounting and analysis related fields.

Very casual, friendly people who seem genuinely interested in ones background. Interview was not difficult at all being a full time student. They asked about my background and a test to summarize what they do and what their goals as a company was.
