The interview process is considered very "different" for a restaurant position. This is not a bad thing, but does tend to throw some people off by the nature of questions and sometimes the length of the interview. Management conducts this interview for various reasons in a way to better understand or get to know a person. Although it might seem strange to some, it does play a crucial role in determining whether an applicant is a good fit for this restaurant filled with various different, but fitting, personalities.
