The interview process was extremely impersonal and inconsiderate. Before you're even asked to do any kind of phone screen, they send you a batch of assessment test to fill out as well as request a one-sided video interview. Normally I immediately weed companies out like this and don't waste my time for the very reasons of the outcome I got which was none. For a company that brags about how personable and family oriented they are and have a great culture, the interview process contradicts this completely.
