The screening process was via phone. Basic interview questions. My current employer called me in the middle of the interview to offer me the job I was hoping for when I was answering "how are you at multitasking?" Never got a rejection letter which left me feeling out of the loop. A "no" of some sort would have been nice but I'm at an organization with pension and advancement opportunities so it's no loss to me but again, a "no" is just polite
