Their application was extremely involved… Had two informal interviews. Then I was given some tasks to complete, and it was A LOT of work with no kind of compensation. That all would have been okay (I guess?), had the team not ghosted me — would have been nice if they were respectful enough to get back to me and not ignore my requests for an update/feedback.
