The interview experience definitely took a traditional approach and was a bit strange for a first stage interview. I was asked questions about my experience, how I would deal with certain situations and some very specific technical questions - which felt odd to me for a first stage interview. I felt the interview was very much one-sided and there wasn't much room for me to ask them anything. It felt more like a test than them giving me the opportunity to see whether the role is a good fit for me.
