Screening interview with recruiter. Code-Along Technical interview on ability to architect and prototype generative AI solutions in Langraph. Interview with Delivery leadership on advanced architecting and devops. Between the two technical interviews a lot of very specific questioning on all aspects of agentic workflow using LangGraph and devops (api use / load balancing etc.) I found the advanced interview with leadership fairly frustrating. Individual did not seem aware of what had been discussed in prior interview. Leadership interview was also highly one sided and question – answer oriented rather than conversational.
