Interviewer gives you 24 hours to prepare for interview for both python specific and data science specific tracks. Asks you basic python questions albeit not your everyday stuff, but basic nonetheless
it was not bad, it was an online interview where i had to take a test. the format of the question was decent and the platform given to answer these questions were also very easy to navigate and pass through
The application process itself was straightforward and efficient. However, onboarding lacked organization and clear communication for the first few weeks. There was no centralized resource or timeline, and the experience varied significantly between applicants. Implementing standardized onboarding procedures and better documentation would resolve these issues.

PhD-Level Physics Background/Problems I worked on.
The interview process had three clear stages. First, there was an MCQ-based screening round that tested fundamentals in programming, machine learning, and general reasoning. Next came a hands-on programming test where I had to solve coding problems within a time limit. After clearing both tests, I progressed to the final interview round, which focused on my technical understanding, prior projects, and communication skills. Overall, the process was structured and transparent.
