There was 2 Psychologists for CRM.
There was 2 Pilots (1 Flying 1 Instructor) and 1 HR Specialist for Board Interview.
Screening process takes way too much time, which affects your motivation for board interview.

I applied and they make a tests. these tests contain 5 steps. And these steps are releated to sciences. English, math, general skills, releationship, location, geography. these are key words about the process
Time gap between different stages of evaluation is long, but overall nice. Friendly atmosphere. 2023 selection is relatively easy compared to previous years. Group exercise - Sim - Board Interview if you got good english scores no need to take english exam, otherwise you are assesed before the group exercise
It was a great experience as an interview. Needs to be prepared quite strongly and requires a focus on the position. Has levels and different challenges. Still offers a great job opportunity if you succesfully finish it.
