The process itself took about 4 weeks. The first bit is done with a a phone prompt. After that, you are invited to your first interview with them and then via email you will be invited to the second interview at the HQ where I spoke with the managers.

HR Called me. The interview was a short and sweet. Simple questions. Ask if I personally had any car experience. Its not necessary but, VERY MUCH NEEDED. They also asked me what kind of call center experience I have had in the past including any other sales experience.

I applied online for the job and received an email 2 days later to join a career fair at their Malvern, PA location in the evening 2:30pm-7pm. They have a link where you can choose the time best for you, I chose 2:30. I arrived at 2:15 and was given a small quiz on car parts and my availability. Their schedules runs from 10:30am-11pm. You work 4 ten hour days with a weekend day required. I was taken in for an interview at 3:00pm. After the interview, I took a test to see how fast I can type/WPM. Then was given another test to check how well I spell and check paragraphs to find the mistakes.
