She asked me basic questions about how I deal with different customer service situations. It was very casual. It was annoying that I had to wait eight days to schedule an interview and that she kept rescheduling me but the process itself was easy. There was no drug test, skills test, or anything else. Practically anyone can get a job here as long as they present themselves as friendly, stylish, and professional. But you won't get ANY hours.

I applied online and received an email saying that they had accepted my application. About 4 days later I received a call about an interview the following week. The interview itself lasted about 15 minutes and was not very complicated at all. The manager was friendly and good natured and was very easy to talk to.
