Applied online through university co-op program. Recieved an interview offer a few weeks later, and the job offer the day after the interview. Was a phone interview with two staff members where they asked routine questions. All reasonable and nothing too tricky.

It was a very formal great session with the HR and technical and project management knowledge required to clear the interview. They also respond promptly and very interactive during the interview.
