I got an interview within a few days of applying. The first interview was half an hour. The interviewer was friendly and he asked a couple of STAR method interview questions. I received a call for a second interview about a week after the first. This interview was a series of half hour interviews with a few professionals (head of HR, recruiter, project managers, project engineerings, etc.) and consisted of more STAR method interview questions. All of these interviewers were friendly as well. Received an offer after 1+ months.

The interview process for Turner Construction is more calm and the opposite of intimidating. They are very friendly and they more so want to get to know you more than anything.

I connected at my school's career fair, the people I met reached out and I had an interview with them. Following that, I received a callback and they flew me to their office where I had interviews with 5 other people.
