I got hunted by recruter on linkedin, after small chat about my experinace, He told me that he will share my profile with the team, I got invited to an hour call talking about my experiance and the technolgy I worked with and explained what they trying to do, and frindly chat about tech and ideas around the feild, and he told me that he will send me take home assesment, they asked me to create a custom video player with some special function and I made it with ReactJs.
after reviewing the task I got invited to a final call with two of the engineers in the team I'm joining, most of the call was about the task I made. after two weeks I got an offer
