Hi, this is Matt from Turnstile. We appreciate your candid feedback and advice (as well as taking the time to work on the exercise). I would like to clarify a couple of things: a) You wrote: "They only look at a snapshot of your submission, so get your answers from Claude or ChatGPT to get out from under the time constraint". This is not true, as someone on our engineering team watches the playback of every exercise, not just a snapshot. b) Regarding the 30-minute time limit, we put that in place as we don't want anyone spending more than that this early in our interview process. That said, we don't require submissions to be complete (or 100% perfect) within that timeframe for candidates to move forward in our process. We are more focused on understanding the time management and critical thinking involved and have found it a valuable indicator of future success in our interview process.
