It was very Informal. It was pleasant. It only consisted of a meeting with the Center Director. The Director was nice, but corporate looks for employees they can exploit by providing low pay and few benefits. A cap is put on the pay center directors can offer that doesn't respect a living way or experience.

They will ask you about your educational background, personal background, and your teaching style. Also, they will ask you if you can deal with adjustments because there are so many things that can happen throughout the day.
