You download their software and mark yourself as available at your appointed time. They connect to you and demonstrate some features of the classroom. You use voice for a bit but no video, and the interview questions are done using the chat feature. It was super easy, but what was frustrating was that my first appointment, no one showed up and I was not given an apology or good explanation. I rescheduled for the next week and everything went fine though.
