There were mainly two rounds of Interview. One with the HR and another with Academic director. The first round was a telephonic conversation. The questions related to the education and general questions related to HR activities.

I had three rounds of Interview. Initial screening was done through phone by an HR recruiter. Later the second round was carried out by HR assistant Manager. The final round of Interview was taken by the academic director. After which I was informed that I am being onboarded.
