First I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview and tour of the building. I was told they were hiring someone internally and a second technical author position was posted the next day.

Interviews were good length and most questions were good. Though, there were some of the standard "Where do you see yourself in five years?" type of questions. Had two interviews, each with a different department. Interviewers seems to legitimately care about their jobs, the company, the people, and the work they were involved with. Both interviews were with groups of personable people in a relaxed setting. After second interview I got the feeling they were "just looking" rather than seriously searching for new hires.
