A 10 minute screening phone call, followed by a 30 minutes Google Meet video-call interview. During the video call, they asked questions both directly relevant to the job and more general questions to get a feel for your character and how you'd fit on the team. Overall, the interviewers were really friendly throughout, Even after a short mishap with my Google Meet not working at the start, they remained very polite and understanding. They provided active feedback and praise during the interview process when they felt you answered a question to a high standard which helped put me at ease.
